Spring Reading List
March 4, 2026
While February did give us a sweet little taste of spring here in Iowa, I am still feeling really ready for spring to be in full swing. My husband and I have a long list of things we are wanting to accomplish this spring, and while things might be more difficult with a little one, she is at such a fun age to be able to just plop her in the stroller or in the carrier and have her tag along with things we want to do. This all being said, I am so excited to be taking full advantage of having an e-reader and reading in all of my little in between moments. I have hooked my Kindle up with my Libby app, so I am able to rent books on my kindle and have a nice long list of books on my TBR. Wish me luck in getting to them all!
Syllabus: Notes from an Accidental Professor by Lynda Berry
The Correspondent by Virginia Evans
Black Woods Blue Sky by Eowyn Ivey
You Deserve Each Other by Sarah Hogle
The Bright Years by Sarah Damoff
Broken Country by Clare Leslie Hall
Wild Dark Shore by Charlotte McConaghy
Go As A River by Shelley Read
Magic Hour by Kristin Hannah
I am hoping to also read a handful of short stories and maybe some poetry by Mary Oliver and Emily Dickinson. We’ll see. I am so looking forward to warm weather and reading under the shade of trees while I'm nursing Ro. Thank you, as always, for following along here on my blog!
