End of Spring + Early Summer To Do List

I am getting very excited about all the projects that I am going to do as the weather becomes nicer, and I have started to develop quite a list of things I want to complete. There are certain things that I am going to have to wait until we get to our new home (which I am beyond excited to tell you about and show you around) to be able to do, and there are things that I am wanting to complete before we move, so wish me luck. There is a lot on this list.

Before:

• make a dress out of the sheets that my sister gave me a couple years ago

• find a pattern for the sweater I want to crochet myself before winter - probably in a really pretty red

• start on Christmas gifts - I want to make my family gifts this year rather than purchasing - it is going to be a really expensive year, so using things I already have and making something for everyone would be really fun and hopefully I can knock a bunch of gifts out over the summer

  • this will require some brainstorming, so wish me luck in figuring out the best thing for everyone

After:

• make a baby quilt

• make a tie blanket for baby

• nesting in the new home

• gardening

• making jams and pickling things ( even though I don’t really love pickles, I still think it would be nice for us to have )

Whenever:

• make some goods to tell at the local mercantile

• set up a summer sale for my shop

We will likely be moving in July at some point, we do not have the exact date set yet, but that is the rough deadline for the before and the rough start of the after. Wish me luck, most days I do not feel good, so I will need all the luck I can get!
